However, organizations often find it difficult to validate actual "impact and change" resulting from these employee engagement surveys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

    &lt;p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

The survey will then further explore correlation between employee engagement enhancement and their organization's performance (financial, operational, etc.) in order to measure the possible "impact and change" of employee engagement initiatives to the bottom line.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
