1. Raise awareness of the contribution of women HR practitioners in organizations in Japan and of their unique opportunity to champion change;
2. Create professional development opportunities that support the advancement of women HR practitioners; and,
3. Engage in research and community activities that foster a workplace in which women and can fully express their talents and career aspirations.
