JHRS HR Help Line Discussion Forum

This Discussion Forum is dedicated to all HR-related questions or inquiries submitted to the JHRS HR Helpline desk in response to the current crisis in Japan.

The entire JHRS Community, its Officers and members, are now available to lend their expertise and helping hands via email, phone, VC, or personal consultation for any HR-related matters that you would like to have assistance with.

Simply send us an email at helpline@jhrs.org and the JHRS Secretariat will direct your questions or queries to the relevant JHRS resident HR experts and volunteers to help you. Confidentiality is assured.

As of this writing, we now have 15+ volunteers who can assist you in HR areas such as:
  • HR Emergency Response Planning
  • Employee Counseling
  • Disaster Preparedness Training
  • HR/Business Continuity Planning
  • HR Policies/Strategy Making
  • Repatriation/Relocation/Housing
  • Interim HR Management
  • and others....
We hope that you will make use of this available resource and remember that seeking help is NOT a sign of weakness but of courage.

If you would like to be part of this group of JHRS volunteers and offer your time and effort for free to help other professionals, please send us an email so that we can include you in the volunteers' pool. The more volunteers we have, the better and faster we can respond to any question or request for assistance.
